According to the principle of tool change and machine tool structure, the current drilling center is divided into single-spindle and multi-spindle two. The multi-spindle tool change method is to arrange 6 or 8 spindles radially in the turret, and realize the spindle conversion and automatic tool change by the turret rotation. Since most of the small and medium-sized parts need several tools to process (within 10 tools), it is necessary to increase the automatic tool changer and automatically change the spindle speed at the same time, which can reduce the labor intensity. Reducing the tool change time not only improves the automation degree of the machine tool, but also improves the labor productivity.
Large CNC drilling machine is a digital control, mainly for drilling operations of the hole processing machine, is currently mainly used for drilling as the main process of parts processing operations, such as processing printed circuit boards. Therefore, there is still a large demand in the market. For the user, the daily maintenance of the equipment should be done to make its performance into full play.
Problems that should be paid attention to in use:
1. Use environment: It is better for the equipment to be placed in a constant temperature environment and away from equipment with large vibration (such as punching machines) and equipment with electromagnetic interference.
2. Power requirements;
3. Operating procedures: regular maintenance, maintenance, failure to pay attention to record protection site, etc;
4. Not suitable for long-term storage;
5. Pay attention to training and equipping operators, maintenance personnel and programmers.
CNC system maintenance:
1. Strictly abide by the operating procedures and daily maintenance system;
2. Prevent dust from entering the numerical control device: floating dust and metal powder are easy to cause the insulation resistance between components to drop, resulting in failure or even damage to components;
3. Regularly clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the numerical control cabinet;
Regularly monitor the grid voltage of the CNC system: the grid voltage range is 85% to 110 of the rated value;
5. Regularly replace the storage battery;
6. CNC system long-term maintenance when not in use: often to the CNC system power or large CNC drilling machine running temperature machine program;
7. Spare circuit board maintenance.
