After the radial drilling machine is used for a period of time, the spindle box may shake, which will affect the machining accuracy. If the clamping force of the spindle box of the radial drilling machine is insufficient, the spindle box can be loosened, and the clamping bolt below the clamping cylinder can be loosened, so that the screw can move to the appropriate position along the notch groove, then clamp the secondary screw, and tighten the spindle box, and apply 392N circumferential force on the handwheel. If the spindle box does not move, it means that the adjustment is appropriate. But also to loosen the spindle box, the handwheel with no more than 60N force is the spindle box to move.
The guide rail surface of the combination of the spindle box and the rocker arm of the radial drilling machine has a large matching clearance, the clamping block of the spindle box is not in the right position, and the joint of the clamping oil cylinder and the brake frame leaks oil or the oil pipe leaks oil. Diamond block, interference is not enough, cannot make it stand up. Spindle box and rocker rail clearance between the inclined iron to adjust. Shaking of the spindle box of the rocker drill is easy to adjust. Just adjust the screws at both ends of the inclined iron to drive the inclined iron and adjust it to the appropriate position.
The clamping force can be adjusted by first loosening the screw to move the part. The clamping force shall be adjusted to 392N circumferential force applied to the edge of the spindle moving handwheel, and the spindle box shall not be loosened. Screw and adjusting the clearance between the rocker arm and the guide rail of the headstock shall be checked with a 0.04mm feeler gauge. The insertion depth shall not be greater than 20mm, and the headstock can be moved when the circumferential force is applied to the edge of the movable handwheel of the headstock. After adjustment, the adjusting screw shall be tightened.
