It may be that several bolts on the top of the column are loose, so that the outer column drops to contact with the inner column. In this way, not only the lock is not tight, but also the rocker arm will swing very heavy. After you open the lifting box cover above the upright post, tighten the bolts and lift up the outer upright post. It is also possible that the hydraulic system is short of oil, the pressure of the oil pressure is not enough, or the oil pipe has burst or leaked. Check it carefully.
3. For the locking of the spindle box and the rocker arm guide rail, the hydraulic system is also checked first. If there is no problem, the splint behind the spindle box is not adjusted properly. There is a U-shaped groove in the upper middle position of the splint, and there is a hexagon socket bolt in the groove. Adjust the bolt to the left or right, and avoid a small amount. This is basically enough.
