How to determine whether the locking part of the rocker drill is locked? Smaller workpieces can be installed on the workbench, and larger workpieces can be placed directly on the machine base or on the ground. The machine has a wide range of rocker drills, which can be used to drill various screw holes, thread bottom holes and oil holes of large workpieces. The spindle box can be tilted on the rocker arm to adapt to the processing of various parts of the workpiece.
The locking parts of the radial drilling machine are the locking of the inner column and the outer column, the locking of the rocker arm and the outer column, and the locking of the headstock and the rocker guide rail, which are probably locked in these three places.
1: If the locking part of the rocker arm and the outer column cannot be locked, it may be the cause of the hydraulic system, or it may be better than the diamond block at the back. Just adjust it according to the instructions.
2: The inner column and the outer column are locked by the hydraulic locking device at the top of the column. Generally, the hydraulic system will not have any failure. It may be that several bolts on the top of the column are loose, so that the outer column drops to contact with the inner column. In this way, not only the lock is not tight, but also the rocker arm will swing very heavy. After you open the lifting box cover above the upright post, tighten the bolts and lift up the outer upright post. It is also possible that the hydraulic system is short of oil, the pressure of the oil pressure is not enough, or the oil pipe has burst or leaked. Check it carefully.
3. For the locking of the spindle box and the rocker arm guide rail, the hydraulic system is also checked first. If there is no problem, the splint behind the spindle box is not adjusted properly. There is a U-shaped groove in the upper middle position of the splint, and there is a hexagon socket bolt in the groove. Adjust the bolt to the left or right, and avoid a small amount. This is basically enough.
Therefore, if you find that the handle is not well controlled when using the rocker drill for manual operation, please check whether the locking part of the rocker drill is locked as soon as possible, so as not to bring unnecessary trouble and affect production.
